All payments made for access to LSHGate software are final. Due to the nature of digital access and software-based licensing, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

One-Time Access Fee

The initial access fee grants you entry to member-only areas of the LSHGate forum software. This is a non-refundable, one-time payment used to verify and activate your software credentials.

Optional Upgrades

Upgrades to enhanced access levels (e.g., premium or yearly licenses) are entirely optional and non-recurring unless otherwise specified. These purchases are also non-refundable once applied to your account.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is filed after verified access was used, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your access to LSHGate software and block any future registration attempts.

Support Requests

If you encounter technical issues during your initial login, you may contact our support team. While we do not guarantee refunds, we will assist with troubleshooting and resolving access issues where possible.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full.
